Our Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will take the following steps:

Response Time

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice in error, or that you have the right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice.
Required Information for Counter-Notice
A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court and agreeing to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.

Reinstatement After Counter-Notice

Repeat Infringer Policy
